As a proud patriotic Human, I'm sharing my own observation of our own country living inside a shell of what it once was. And I now understand something about someone (Myself through an experience with someone else as well), and I am determined to seek enlightenment from this.
During all the Bailouts, There appeared to be only 3 guys/girls in either the treasury sector, Lehman, Fannie, Freddie, AIG,, but only Ben Bernanke of the Federal Reserve; making the economy appear controlled, even though it was unethically organized preventing the economy from effortlessly sustaining itself. Simultaneously the nation was aware that the too big to fail "assets" were controlling our nation. The line that was pushed farther and farther away from the, now, naive American citizens by ungracefully chiseling deregulation into the status quo. The heart breakers of the economy were finally sweating for a fraction of the amount of their salaries worth, and still were not even picking up phones, opening lines of communication. The cultivated deals between barclays and Lehman Bros were finished before the phone finally rang 6+ hours after Sachs, Stanley, Citi, BOA all ponied out cash (Which i'm sure they billed as overtime for their 6+ hour deliberation) to buy the toxic deals so Barclays would be appealed to bite. Barclays was pushed off a cliff, without any contact from anyone for 6+ hours. and they stepped back instinctively. Too much stress for the ink and paper ($) What ended up happening was Lehman was forced to default.
One cam come up with a number of reasons why they unvirtuously act in certain instances. The most pertinent influence that was present throughout out close to three year relationship from 2008-2010 was The influence of the Fed, The Treasury, Wall Street, and radical fundamentalist politicians to deregulate the insurance/assurance of each entities and affected entities sustainability. Point is We should have granted each individual with the choice of injecting themselves with the cash to capitalize on an investment opportunity, or have that injected cash go straight to the "Nationalized bank" which would aim at stabilizing the global economy. Focus on the individual investment option for one moment. If the country gives you injected cash, personally, as a wise (I consider myself naturally wise:-) investor I would explore optimistic, and profitable assets. But The environment which caused this recession is a red flag that expresses intense fear and unforeseeable variables that presently are independent but can in the near future suck the life out of our asset.
An out of the box tactic is to look at foreign markets who aren't smothered by this disastrous economic environment (Yet ;-). Developing nations are post industrialized, they are modernized, with firms which are sustainably insuring the efficiency, and even integrity of their societies. If a number of individual investors put money into (For Example) chinese solar power companies, who could compete at a greater rate because of our investment, then our investment would ascend above our standards. The nationalized banks who some might chose to have control of large amounts of money for potential loans and investment might just be funding one or a few executives bonuses, or golden parachutes (because of some of their arrogant mentalities honestly think they deserve exorbitant ink and paper riches)which would be the bottom of the "economic sustainable standards. It would in fact be the equivalent to the over stressed, and failed "Trickle down" practices of the 1980's, aka "deregulation." Think outside the box, the world is round. When one's breath huffs out of desperation and only see's an "I" their impulse has gone into the ego and is immediately breathing desperation into their lives.
Don't stop at one's ego, look ahead until your sight travels around the entire world. Strive for virtuous outside the box thinking, all educators, and students don't wait for lessons on how to strive for peaceful enlightenment without understanding what truly is enlightenment, and what truly is loss. Can a group of people infiltrate a compound and remove the worst terrorist this world has ever known without ever setting foot in that compound before? Yes. Their enlightened training, their disciplined awareness provided the foresight to remove one of the catalysts of this economic recession from his compound with 6 lame wives in to the oblivion. Processes of enlightenment take place all around us in the natural world. the seed of a dandelion was introduced to soil thousands of years ago in Africa. Humans came across this and used it medicinally in teas to sooth certain ailments. The dandelion continued to germinate, harvest, and propagate all the while. Meanwhile humans were exploiting this dandelion and bringing ship loads of it to Europe, then Western Europe for their medicinal herb garden uses. According to horticultural and anthropological data, this deregulated exploitation of the Dandelion was already far more radical to be considered a natural plant of Europe, it was fairly called an exotic plant. By the time the colonialists brought the Dandelion, and thousands of other non-indigenous organisms to the New World, their "Exotic Species" had found the new environment to be more accommodating than their biology was designed for and thrived invasively. Invasive species have genetic makeup which records what plants are suppose to do at different temperature changes, different light exposures, watering, etc, and when the species is introduced to an exotic environment it must either survive in an undisciplined manner without regulation, invasively spreading throughout the exploitable environment, or does it value/respect its genetic composition more than the impulse to unethically attempt to sustain itself in an environment that it may not even personally be willing or able to tolerate?
In a fairly not so recent episode of my life I had broken up with an x-girlfriend. Throughout our relationship we refused to ever allow ourselves to even tolerate the idea of controlling the other. Being completely egalitarian was my mission, and I wanted zero existence of anything relating to an autocratic system. This was a discipline practice that could and will benefit me in a future relationship. During the search for a car to lease for her, she started saying stressful things about the price of just one car from just one(the first) dealer we saw, and I wanted to say we're on to the next, the bigger and better car is down the block. She was apparently in her own shell, and didn't want me to be right (So many emotions were driving that decision process in her head, that it was coming off as an act of desperation for me to empathize, But before she finished her thought, she took a huff of air and laid out a disturbing accusation that myself and my father embezzled money from her grandfather's inheritance. I called her pig headed, and that hindsight is getting us anywhere, and she told me to Shut the F*) up. Now I shouldn't have said anything at all. I shouldn't have been in that relationship for that long. The the note that was set pre-break up by the ex-girlfriend was that of a stealing, and lying accusation. In my perception I perceived she was inexplicably controlling/attempting to control me to believe that I was embezzling funds some how from her grandfather's inheritance. It was ridiculous, and I just gave in to some of her spats like "I'm going to a shrink,"I just wanted to say to her "Eventually something's going to work" but instead I rode on her hindsight parade and nearly got lost in it, and said you should have gotten your shrink before your school year started.
I wrote this upon her white board. I don't know if she ever got it. But that was how far I pushed me unregulated "Breakup Venom to" Using a phrase her dead grandfather said. " I've had an adequate sufficiency, anything more would be a superfluous redundancy.
So when one impulsively reaches ahead of their adequate sufficiency, would you agree their displacing their energy, with a facade? A facade, or a shell, you could also say. "Come to America where the streets are paved with gold." Dandelions are newly discovered but rare golden flower whose medicinal possibilities are unknown." "Virtues are the reason I have a soul"
My hypothesis is that these three entities are being tested presently, as are millions of other right now. The USA is not capable of sustaining any infrastructure without foreign investment backed insurance. Will the visually illustrious Promise "of having streets paved with gold be manufactured?"
The dandelion (Like other invasive organisms, like japanese long horn beetles, rats)is invasively spreading throughout the north eastern hemisphere. Brought to this region by the Human species, the human species irresponsible inaction of regulating their herbs transiently evoked the dandelion to reflect the deregulation of the Humans, but exploiting all resources obtainable. Balancing the environment is the only thing that can compose an invasive organism such as a dandelion to its natural existence.
Joey/Joseph is living, but is he living virtuously, or is he simply traversing from one impulse to the next. Reality tests virtue, Being in one's own world, whether in control, or lost, simply put, isn't normal. Or more complicatedly being lost in one's own world, or someone else's will compartmentalize a soul from it's contentious surroundings. Breathing a sense of optimistic determination is the lesson for all souls, young and old. Finding awareness from virtuous challenges grants the ability to show where one has been, but more importantly where one is going.

Tree is a ...
Heather, Interesting metaphor with the tree. I'm going to be too critical now only because I am UBER aware of trees at this moment. My cousin lost 17 trees on Saturday this week to the Storm with hurricane winds that reeked havoc across Long Island, and NJ. Two of the trees were a 100 feet tall, 5 Cypress were 40 feet tall, 3 Pines were 30 feet tall, and the other 7 were 60 foot Gum Trees. I'm 27 years old, and my cousin's 45 years old. The trees at his house took between 2-4 generations to grow, that's 60-100 years, and they were rotated 90* to a horizontal sleep while they were uprooted in one night. Heather you said the trees were stretching out from the trunk, but the tree, and plants for that matter, grow from the apical bud. I'm simply saying that Rationally each part of the tree (Made up of all its cells) serves a purpose in seeing the cellular growth, all the way to the organ growth of the plant as virtuously egalitarian as possible. And just to entertain to you with one more piece of info. A Plant's form of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Is disputably the most sophisticated defense mechanism on the planet. The one method I'm referring to is "Compartmentalization" This is a biochemical hormonal process of problem thinking. When something attacks a plant the plant defends itself. For example, say a car drives into an oak tree: The second the car impacts the tree the cells in the tree calculate precisely where the impact was, how much damage has been done to it's bark, it phloem, xylem. The bark is the organ that is the main life of defense to invading pests (Japanese long Horn Beetles for i.e.), also The Phloem and The Xylem in a tree/plant are the vascular tissue which provides nourishment from the root (Water entering the roots through the imbibing system) up the phloem and across the xylem through the branches and eventually the developing buds. So Heather once this is compromised without the compartmentalization system the tree has no chance at nourishing itself, or even defending against pests. The tree has this skill of compartmentalization to determine where it's going to internally fuse cells to form a bark about 30% inside, close to the middle of the tree, and this shuts down everything outside of this new bark created through stimulated chemicals. The tree now is going to sustain itself by living through the vascular tissue inside outside the compartment it created, and compensate its networks of xylem and phloem intensely around the compartmentalized area of the tree. Ultimately on the outside it may look like nothing ever happend depending on the attack which confronted the tree. With all of this sophisticated critical thinking skills, that whether you believe it or not, Trees do have, The trees lying on my uncles yard, and driveway are still alive nine days later. If something was strong/graceful enough to simply place them vertically in the earth again, they would go on living according to their individual needs, and objectives.

Bio-Dynamics pertaining to Global Conservatism
What about those like me who are extremely internal locus control, but are extremely external locus control too? Take for example.. I rely on my horticultural capabilities to germinate, cultivate, maintain, harvest (The cycle continues) my plants for work which I value at the market, but my system of horticulture is Bio-Dynamic. Bio-Dynamic horticulture is a thousand year old system all over the world. The reason North America hasn't much knowledge of it, is simply because of the abundance of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, corporate marketing, etc which have deformed values of quality sustenance. The system of Bio-Dynamic horticulture has every plant characterized in 5 parts. "Roots" "Stems" "Leaves" "Flowers" "Fruits". Whichever plant's organelle is most desired that's what determines what category it goes into. This sounds very controllable right now, but the secret of Bio-Dynamic growing is going to be surprising to you. According to the astrological position our planet is in relation to other planets, and galaxies we treat each category of plants distinctly. Each mineral (Gypsum, Quartz, Limestone, Potassium, Phosphorous, etc) provide beneficial affects for the plants. These minerals are also organic, and complete natural quality. Perfect example : The mineral quartz will be applied to a root plant (carrot) in the first Saturday of an Aquarius moon. Different minerals have different affects to other plants at other times not only because of seasons, but because different minerals have different gravitational fields which are pulled when certain planets are aligned accordingly. This is a science. Don't take it personally if you feel that astrology is make believe, Planetary and mineral gravitational forces are real and true. There is substantial benefits to these planting methods; this is one reason foreigners Never EVER Go anywhere near any produce harvested from a western civilization. The technique is thousands of years old, and is integral for innovative organic gardening. My predicament is when I least expect it, I can be harvesting a ton of berries, and all of a sudden I'm stressing out because Jupiter could be in transit, or mercury could be in retrograde and I sense my once harmonious/egalitarian garden could be compromised.

IBM Leads with Amount of Patents.
So If you're saying that there's a company who's fiscally irresponsible, the signs point to Microsoft. There aren't millions of big blue's that IBM had to subsidise, but every single Xbox in American homes are subsidised. Just like the Auto Industry dug itself with subdising all of it's labor, and lack of integral innovation, Microsoft is diggin itself a hole including the Mobile O.S. being suspended from a winter release, Bing's failure, and MS 7's upcoming competition with Google Chrome. Not to mention Microsoft being found to have stolen MS. Office from a Canadian tech company last month in a Federal patent court. IBM is a serious player. Microsoft is and always will be a joke in the tech sector. Do you realise that IBM is currently a 130.00 per market share, and Microsoft is at 30. (Which is pretty much it's top share value in over a decade? Microsofts highest value was 60 (Only double of what it is today) and that was for a single month of Jan. 1999 When Y2k was at it's height. Microsoft is a dog without tricks. If anyone tries to claim the Xbox saga as profitable, you would be mistaken since they've subsidised its entire market.

Leading, Managing in the egalitarian Lions' Gate
When managers aren't prolific enough, then a "team leader" is a step below but pulls in the reins, so to speak. I will just add that this is similar to the reading's example of Toyota. How Toyota invests on R&D, and "Value Innovation Activity Program" In fast food chains the roles of managers and team leaders would strive to insist that every aspect of the customers experience is quality, and that is a valuable as well as sustainable mechanism.

My Proposition (Not Detailed, To Keep it prevocative like President's like to do)
the world is still flat in terms of my future enterprise. The ethical standards are inferior, andunfairly flat. The market is inferior, infertile. My product will effortlessly benefit people's lives; the majority of those people are still unaware of the flat and potential round world. When the environment that the flat world has produced is ignorance, our planet's left with a challenge of increasing people's intelligence in unity with their education. The Health Care world that allowed Health insurance Corporations be immune from anti-trust laws has been flat for 66 years, and only through grass roots movements have the momentum of revealing this true round nature been able to come peak at the 2 branches of governments offices these last 2 seasons. What my enterprise must do is all the same that the health care movement had to do. It's an organic concept so without corrupting it the assertive method is to build it via grass roots. Grass roots is the only answer for MY Enterprising career without conforming to the flat worlds perception. I have a non profit organization, we promote ourselves on multi medians. My girlfriend is currently the Art Liaison at the high school she's employed at. I'm experimenting at the farmer's market, and touching base and ethically operating with many other NPG's for our fundraising events and our sustainable programs as well. I am not making Fortune 500 salary to bank my project, so I'm left with no choice but to wait until I earn a bachelors degree in Sustainable business management to pick up the striving momentum for progress. If I don't do it, My universe, (Round worlds, flat worlds included) is lost.

The World is Flat; What would that mean to you?
To Me Flat word brings to my mind: Reservation, Oppression, Discrimination, inefficient, UN-integral, lack of conception, disregards composition, corruptible vision, Revolutionary because of fundamental and radical resonance among society YET Scientifically disproved.
Let me take it one step further. Pretend Email is the same as Flat World. The Round world is http://wave.google.com/help/wave/about.html
